Mit dem Auto ging es nach Kawaihae und ab dort den Anstieg rauf bis Hawi und zur\u00c3\u00bcck. Mir hilft es ja immer wenn ich absch\u00c3\u00a4tzen kann, wie lange ein Anstieg im Wettkampf ist, so dass ich diese Strecke unbedingt vorher einmal fahren wollte. Dabei war auch Julia, die f\u00c3\u00bcr die Pressephotos um uns herumschwirrte:<\/p>\n<p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nopogobiker.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/dsc-9179.jpg\" width=\"480\" height=\"321\" alt=\"DSC_9179.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Danach haben wir uns noch die Nordk\u00c3\u00bcste angeschaut und waren dort in einem ganz sch\u00c3\u00b6nen Tal, dessen Namen ich aber nicht schreiben kann &#8211; muss ich noch einmal nachschauen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nopogobiker.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/dsc-9185.jpg\" width=\"480\" height=\"321\" alt=\"DSC_9185.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Auf dem R\u00c3\u00bcckweg machten wir dann noch kurz Halt in Waikoloa, wo wir unsere alten Bekannten wieder sahen:<\/p>\n<p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nopogobiker.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/dsc-9192.jpg\" width=\"480\" height=\"321\" alt=\"DSC_9192.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Und zum Abschluss gab es dann heute auch wieder einen fantastischen Sonnenuntergang:<\/p>\n<p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nopogobiker.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/dsc-9198.jpg\" width=\"480\" height=\"321\" alt=\"DSC_9198.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Heute war nur noch normaler Wind, als wir nach Hawi fuhren.
