Danach ging es ab in ein Steakhouse, wo ich dann doch nicht widerstehen konnte und habe mir dann doch mal ein gro\u00c3\u0178es T-Bone Steak geg\u00c3\u00b6nnt. Trotzdem wollte ich danach noch laufen und brav wie ich war, bin ich also um 21:30 losgelaufen. Anfangs lag mir das Steak nat\u00c3\u00bcrlich wie ein Stein im Bauch, aber nach und nach wurde es besser. Daf\u00c3\u00bcr ging es dann auch gleich steil einen Berg hoch und dann durch den dunklen Wald:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nopogobiker.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/P1010216.jpg\" width=\"550\" height=\"412\" alt=\"P1010216.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Das war schon ganz sch\u00c3\u00b6n, zumal ich nie wirklich alleine war &#8211; \u00c3\u00bcberall raschelte es und zweimal huschten auch Waschb\u00c3\u00a4ren oder was auch immer vor mir \u00c3\u00bcber den Weg.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nopogobiker.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/P1010218.jpg\" width=\"550\" height=\"412\" alt=\"P1010218.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Am Ende des Laufs ging es dann noch einmal zu einer kleinen Kirche richtig steil bergauf, doch von dort hatte man einen ganz netten Blick auf die Stadt.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nopogobiker.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/P1010220.jpg\" width=\"550\" height=\"412\" alt=\"P1010220.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Morgen geht es dann schon wieder heim&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nach der gestrigen langen Anreise stand heute erst einmal ein langer Tag im Office an.
